At The Lift Escape Rooms, sustainability is a core value that guides every aspect of our operations. We recognize the importance of taking care of our planet and are committed to minimizing our environmental impact while providing a fun and challenging experience for our guests.
To achieve this goal, we have implemented several sustainability practices, including:
Reusing and repurposing shipping containers: Two of our escape rooms are housed in repurposed shipping containers, which not only gives them a second life but also reduces waste and the need for new construction materials.
Energy-efficient lighting: We use LED lights throughout our escape rooms, which consume less energy than traditional lighting and last longer, reducing the need for frequent replacements.
Sustainable sourcing: We source our materials and products locally whenever possible, reducing our carbon footprint and supporting local businesses.
Education and awareness: We educate our staff and guests about the importance of sustainability and encourage them to adopt sustainable practices in their daily lives.

HOW WE HELP
For every booking we receive we set aside £1 of the booking fee to donate to new trees being planted. We also use Stripe to process our payments who use a percentage of transaction fees to offset carbon.
