All of our games are 14+. Under 16 year olds will need a paying adult in the room with them.

Our escape rooms are 60 minutes in length. Other experiences may differ in time so check our individual game pages for the specific duration.

This depends on the game but all of our games are 2 players minimum. Check out each room for specific team sizes.

Phones are permitted but you won't need them to solve or play any of the rooms. You could probably do with a break from it anyway!

We don't have the facilities to allow you to eat your lunch or dinner but there is a great selection of pubs and restaurants near by if you want food and drink after your game.

No! No alcohol is allowed on the premises and we are not licensed. If you arrive with alcohol you will be asked to bin it before entering the premises. If you arrive visibly drunk then your game will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave.

We are open 9am to 9pm 7 days a week.

Bookings are non refundable BUT we can help out in certain cases. It's important to contact us, however, 48 hours before your game.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your start time so we can get you fully briefed and ready for the experience.

If you are going to be later than your start time, please notify us as soon as possible. All teams must be fully briefed before entering the experiences. If you arrive more than 5 minutes later than your booking time your experience may be cut short. If you are 10 minutes late your tickets will be cancelled and you will not be refunded.

You can change your booking by contacting us at least 48 hours before your booking. Changes within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.

Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate walk-ins. However, please call us if you are in the area and we will try our best to fit you in for a last-minute booking.

Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair access and our rooms are not suitable for wheelchair users.

If you have a medical condition, it is your responsibility to assess whether it is safe for you to take part in the experience. Loud noises, flashing lights, physical activity and sudden jump scares are part of our games.
