IMPORTANT INFORMATION


WHEN CAN WE BOOK?
All bookings for our escape rooms must be made in advance. You can book online up to 24 hours before hand.
Please note: Bookings can be made at shorter notice by contacting us. We only have hosts on site for bookings - if we cannot provide a host in time we won't be able to book you in.

WHEN ARE WE OPEN?
10:30am - 10pm. 7 DAYS A WEEK

GAME TIMES
All of our escape rooms have 7-8 slots available each day. All slots can be seen on our availability page or each game page.
YOU SHOULD ARRIVE AT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR BOOKING.

HOW LONG IS THE EXPERIENCE?
You should expect the entire experience to be 70-90 minutes long. This takes into account time for your game briefings and post briefing/photo.
PLEASE GIVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME TO GET TO THE VENUE.

HOW MANY PLAYERS?
The Lift Shaft is a smaller room holding 1-4 players. Lock & Rock 2-8 players and Comic Chaos 2-6 players.

WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM?
An immersive adventure game set in unique themes Work to discover clues, solve puzzles and complete tasks Race against the clock to escape within the time limit.
WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT?
All of our games are 14+. Under 16’s must be accompanied by at least one paying adult.
DO I NEED TO WEAR ANYTHING SPECIFIC?
There is no dress code and our games don’t involve any physical activity.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your start time so we can get you fully briefed and ready for the experience.
WHAT IF I'M LATE?
If you are going to be later than your start time, please notify us as soon as possible. All teams must be fully briefed before entering the experiences. If you arrive more than 5 minutes later than your booking time, tickets may be cancelled and you will not be refunded.
CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING?
You can change your booking by contacting us at least 48 hours before your booking. Changes within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.
IS THERE SOMEWHERE TO STORE MY BELONGINGS?
Yes, we have a secure place for you to store your belongings during the experience.
CAN I JUST TURN UP?
Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate walk-ins. However, please call us if you are in the area and we will try our best to fit you in for a last-minute booking.
DO YOU HAVE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?
Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair access and our rooms are not suitable for wheelchair users.
I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION, CAN I STILL PLAY?
If you have a medical condition, it is your responsibility to assess whether it is safe for you to take part in the experience. Loud noises, flashing lights, physical activity and sudden jump scares are part of our games.
ARE WE IN THE ROOM WITH ANY OTHER PLAYERS/TEAMS?
Each game is private, meaning only your team will be playing the game that you booked.

VERY IMPORTANT
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any party or persons who appear to be visibly intoxicated by alcohol or drugs. In the case you are refused entry for this reason, no refund or reschedule will be offered. The health and safety of our game hosts are our uttermost priority and we take this very seriously.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.
